Being diabetic is extremely unpleasant, as it promotes your demand for such carbohydrates but at the same time you should try hard to skip them – this makes the struggle even harder. Not only fats, but also carbohydrates affect the change in the blood cholesterol levels and they pose a serious threat to your cardiovascular system. Eating the wrong carbs often increases the risk of heart attacks, especially if you are aged. They also lower HDL cholesterol levels and this leads to arteries problems such as becoming clogged or contracting atherosclerosis. It is scientifically proved that glycemic food put stress on the arteries and cause heart diseases so in order to prevent your cardiac system from a sudden attack you should avoid the spontaneous consumption of wrong carbs that are damaging its proper functioning.
